Hapag-Lloyd Cruises

GeoTravelPartnerHamburg-based Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is committed to delivering an exciting experience, above passengers’ expectations, exploring magical, untouched regions, aboard small ships on spectacular routes. 125 years after the invention of the cruise, the company continues its tradition of innovation in the cruise industry.

A small ship for great moments

The moment is what counts: the mighty whale languidly lifting its fluke from the water. The dry crack of the pack ice as your expedition ship slowly forges its way through the polar waters. These are the moments for which the HANSEATIC inspiration was built. A small, manoeuvrable expedition ship that will take you close to moments that you will remember forever. That will take your breath away, expand your horizons and capture the beauty of nature. Where other cruises must end, ours is just beginning: the shallow draught and great manoeuvrability allow our new ship to follow special routes in hard-to-reach regions.

Inspired by nature. Driven by innovation

With a capacity of just 230 guests – 199 on Antarctica cruises – the ship will be fitted with cutting-edge equipment and environmental technology.
